About me

I come from the background of mainframe based computing and high-end security. As such I have a unique approach to programming that I believe is missing in today’s rapid design and deliver programming world. While I write each line of code in the back of my mind is always how it will affect the security of the whole application and the data integrity of the whole.

I have enjoyed several languages as the years have gone by and am currently having fun mostly with the javascript/nodeJS/React/ReactNative grouping. For light smaller applications I have also grown to sometimes like using vueJS.

People constantly ask me if I’m a Windows or a Mac person and I have to say that while I use both readily enough, my true passion leans towards Linux with its roots in UNIX mainframe computing and its ease of use GUIs coupled with good security as a base.
